Inspection of Public Records Request

By law, under the Chapter 14, Article 2 NMSA 1978 New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act ("IPRA"), every person has the right to inspect public records.

This online portal will help you submit and monitor your public records request(s) to the Alamogordo Public Schools, as well as simplify communication with the Alamogordo Public Schools' District Records Custodian.

Please note, a records custodian or public body is not required to compile information from the public body’s records or otherwise create a new public record in response to a request. NMSA 1978 § 14-2-8(B).
